After cleaning your tank container on our site in Europoort, it will automatically be taken to our Euro Tank Amsterdam Tank Container Repair department. Here we carry out minor repairs without additional consultation, based on a pre-tuned customer package. We do a pressure test to ensure the integrity of the tank and repair any leaks we encounter.

During these periodic tests, each tank container is thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure that it meets the strict safety requirements. This process involves checking structural integrity, testing pressure resistance, and evaluating the general condition of the tank container. Any deviations are immediately documented and addressed.

Technical service center
Our refrigeration technicians provide fast and efficient malfunction repair and troubleshooting service to reefer units of loaded refrigerated tank containers, both at the terminal and on board ships. This keeps the reefer unit functioning optimally and keeps your load at the right temperature.
Minimizing costly downtime
In addition, our technicians are experienced in modifying tank containers. We can add mixers, GPS systems, level switches, valves and coatings to meet your specific needs. We take care of both the delivery and installation of these materials, entirely according to your wishes.
Our Technical service center also offers Pre Trip Inspections (PTI).
During a PTI, our technicians perform a thorough test run to check all technical functions and visible damage of the refrigeration unit and generator installation. Any deviations will be repaired immediately. Once a PTI has been performed and all damage and malfunctions detected have been handled, the cooling tank container is ready for the planned journey.

Euro Tank Amsterdam has a depot in the port of Rotterdam for cleaning and heating tank containers and semi-trailers. Thanks to our years of expertise and trained staff, we can efficiently clean various product groups. Spread over our 6 chemical tracks and 7 food tracks, we clean an average of 4,500 tank containers every month.
